AMTA Steering Committee Members

AMTA Steering Committee on MT & ASD presents…

The increased prevalence of Autism Spectrum Disorder has triggered a call for action by federal agencies, professionals, parents, and organizations such as the American Music Therapy Association. My guests this week will be Marcia Humpal, Dr. Petra Kern, and Dr. Blythe LaGasse, members of AMTA Steering Committee on Music Therapy and Autism Spectrum Disorder. They will talk about content and products developed for various stakeholders to address “Awareness and Recognition,” “Training and Professional Development,” and “Evidence-based Practice and Research” related to Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Find more information about this stratigic priority on the  American Music Therapy Association Website.
